
Teach Nutrition is a division of Dairy Farmers of Canada that provides nutrition education resources to early childhood educators (ECEs) and teachers across Canada. Its audience is intentionally small and specialized, with highly regionalized communication needs.
The division faced fragmented data sources, regional silos, and inconsistent communication strategies. Each province had unique requirements, making it challenging to create a unified approach for data management and engagement. Traditional A/B testing was impractical due to the limited size of the audience.




Created a centralized data environment, delivered dashboards that improved decision-making, increased actionable insights for a small audience, prioritized high-intent users, and enabled personalized experiences to drive engagement.
